Sales and Dispatch Process Flow Control

Initial requirements

Ariztía Comercial required to control the process flow of differences between dispatch for distribution, sale to customers and returns for distribution, minimizing product losses generated in this process.

Implemented solution

To achieve the objective through SAP S4/HANA, a report was built with the information of the entire daily sales cycle related to a customer route that is linked to a transport document:

  • Auto-sales deliveries of the day: status, billing amounts, billing folio, box quantities, units and kilos of sales made.
  • Auto-sales deliveries of the day: status, billing amounts, billing folio, box quantities, units and kilos of sales made.
  • Route stock returns: information on the quantity of products in boxes, units and kilos of the delivery return guide.
  • Route stock returns: information on the quantity of products in boxes, units and kilos of the delivery return guide.
  • Calculation of the leftovers: the missing leftover and leftover leftovers are determined by product in boxes, units and kilos and their book value.
The calculation culminates in a clearing of the negative stock differences and then the closing of the route (transport document) to derive the collection process of the route with all the flow of squared stock per daily route.

  • Distribution stock control in the sales process.
  • Control of sales through the status of the sales flow.

  • Real and daily imputation by route of the missing destaras.
