In this first study, we interviewed leaders from different organizations to understand what challenges they faced in the last 3 years, how they have dealt with these challenges, and how technology has also supported this adaptation process. (Available only in Spanish)

A transversal element has been observed in all the organizations with which we spoke is the following: Technology played and continues to play a fundamental role in the face of the challenges that have arisen in recent times and, without a doubt, it is also a central axis for the next few years.
